Robert Šlachta is lying in the Tesařík case. We know how he tried to impress Andrej Babiš and also who died as a result of intrigues in his circle.
© AKTU.cz Third installment, a mini-series by the AKTU.cz editorial team titled "Sick Justice," reveals additional evidence clearly indicating that the one who accepted money for influencing verdicts in serious economic cases was Robert Šlachta, via Zdeněk Tesařík.
Our editorial team also managed to decipher two more cases in which Tesařík and Šlachta were involved. We were also able to uncover Tesařík’s role in relation to the Customs Administration and the police.
We even located the grave of one of the key witnesses who might have shed light on the roles of Tesařík and Šlachta. This individual could have identified others involved in absurdly lenient punishments for serious economic crimes, all sharing one common denominator—the state prosecutors of VSZ Olomouc. We further uncovered additional police officers who either covered for Tesařík’s criminal activities or attempted to influence his criminal proceedings in his favor. One such individual is Radim Wita, a former deputy of the police director of the Moravian-Silesian Region, who, a few days after the publication of our second installment where he was mentioned in connection with possible criminal activities, filed a request to be released from service.
