Incident at the funeral in Kutná Hora: A relative attacked two mourners

According to police information, the man attacked another man and a woman, who were also relatives of the deceased. Both sustained minor injuries to their upper limbs, specifically small cuts. Although the injuries were not life-threatening, both were transported by ambulance to a hospital in Kolín for treatment.

The attacker fled the scene after the incident. The police were notified through the emergency hotline and immediately began a search. Approximately fifteen minutes later, they succeeded in apprehending the suspect.

Police spokesperson Pavel Truxa confirmed that this was an incident that took place during a funeral event. However, he did not specify whether the injuries were caused by a knife, as was initially presumed.

The police are now thoroughly investigating the case.
